General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service. You must be 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase. The service and its content may not be reproduced or exploited without written permission. Terms may be updated at any time; continued use indicates acceptance.

Products and safety

Our products are external-use cosmetic fragrances. Eau de Parfum contains high concentrations of organic grain alcohol: keep away from heat and open flame. Natural ingredients vary; patch testing is recommended. Products are not medicines and carry no therapeutic claims.

We warrant that products substantially match their site descriptions, while scent perception varies by individual. Every full-size spray ships with a complimentary tester in separate packaging under the Try Before You Unseal guarantee.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, logos, formulas, packaging, and code belong exclusively to Evenore Solutions LLC. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

Purchases and payment

Orders may be refused or canceled. Customers must provide accurate information. Payments are processed by third-party processors; full card numbers are never stored on our servers. Texas orders incur 8.25 percent sales tax at checkout.

Shipping and hazardous materials

Federal DOT regulations classify perfume as a Class 3 flammable liquid, requiring ground-only shipping within the USA; no expedited air options exist. Free ground shipping applies over $79 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam). Risk and title transfer on carrier delivery.

Returns and refunds

Unopened, sealed full-size sprays return within 14 days for a refund; return shipping is the customer's cost and original shipping is non-refundable. Opened sprays, roll-ons, testers, discovery and gift sets, Édition Limitée releases, and final sale goods are non-returnable. Damaged goods require notice within 48 hours with photos. Marketing consent

Providing your email signifies consent to receive ÉCLATAUR and sister brand Fragror marketing; unsubscribe any time. We do not sell data to external brokers.

Third parties

We do not verify third-party content. Transactions with third parties are solely between you and that party.

Warranties and liability

Products are provided as is, without warranties or conditions. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages; liability is capped at the amount paid for the product in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Evenore Solutions LLC and its affiliates against third-party claims arising from a breach of these terms or of law.

Governing law and disputes

Texas law governs these terms. Disputes resolve through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, on an individual basis; class actions are waived.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it applies to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions stand.
