Where we ship

ÉCLATAUR ships exclusively within the United States and its territories. International shipping is not available. P.O. Boxes are accepted via USPS Ground Advantage only.

Free shipping over $79

Orders over $79 receive complimentary ground shipping within the contiguous United States, applied automatically at checkout. This benefit excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, where ocean freight surcharges apply.

Why fragrance ships by ground

Fragrance is classified as a Class 3 flammable liquid by the Department of Transportation. Federal regulations prohibit air transport for perfume shipments without specialized hazmat contracts, so every order travels by ground: USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. No overnight or two-day options exist for any fragrance product.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories

These regions require ocean freight, with delivery in 3 to 5 weeks. Free shipping promotions do not apply; calculated rates display at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Processing takes 2 to 4 business days at our Sunnyvale, Texas atelier: handcrafting, bottling, inspection, and packing. Ground delivery then typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous 48 states.

Rates and tax

Orders under $79 ship at calculated rates based on weight and distance from Sunnyvale, Texas. Texas residents pay 8.25 percent sales tax at checkout.

Tracking and delivery

A tracking number arrives by email when your label is created; allow up to 24 hours for carrier updates to begin. ÉCLATAUR assumes no liability after the carrier marks a package delivered.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for accurate address entry. Packages returned for address errors are refunded minus original shipping; re-shipment requires a new label.

Damage or leaks in transit

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos tosupport@eclataur.com. Verified claims receive a free replacement shipment.
